DentLink is a dental practice management and communication software platform for dental clinics and professionals. It is offered as a software-as-a-service product and is not a dental clinic, medical provider, or emergency service.DentLink منصة برمجية لإدارة عيادات الأسنان والتواصل، مخصصة للعيادات والمتخصصين. تُقدم كمنتج برمجي بنظام SaaS، وليست عيادة أسنان أو مقدم خدمة طبية أو خدمة طوارئ.

2. Accounts and authorized use2. الحسابات والاستخدام المصرح

Clinic access is limited to authorized users. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use DentLink only for lawful professional and administrative purposes. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, clinics, the service, or applicable rights.يقتصر دخول العيادة على المستخدمين المصرح لهم. يجب على المستخدمين تقديم معلومات حساب دقيقة وحماية بيانات الدخول واستخدام DentLink فقط للأغراض المهنية والإدارية المشروعة. قد يُقيد الوصول عند الحاجة لحماية المستخدمين أو العيادات أو الخدمة أو الحقوق المعمول بها.

3. Clinic responsibilities3. مسؤوليات العيادة

• The clinic is responsible for the information it enters and the permissions required to process it.العيادة مسؤولة عن المعلومات التي تدخلها وعن الموافقات المطلوبة لمعالجتها.
• The clinic controls its patient relationships, clinical decisions, and professional obligations.تتحكم العيادة بعلاقتها مع المراجعين وبقراراتها السريرية والتزاماتها المهنية.
• The clinic must use communication features only for recipients and purposes it is authorized to contact.يجب على العيادة استخدام ميزات التواصل فقط مع المستلمين وللأغراض المصرح لها بها.

4. Communications4. الاتصالات

DentLink may transmit clinic-authorized operational messages through third-party communication networks. Delivery timing and final delivery can depend on those networks and recipient availability. Users must not use DentLink for spam, deception, unlawful content, or unauthorized outreach.قد يرسل DentLink رسائل تشغيلية معتمدة من العيادة عبر شبكات اتصال تابعة لجهات أخرى. قد يعتمد توقيت التسليم ووصوله النهائي على تلك الشبكات وتوفر المستلم. لا يجوز استخدام DentLink للرسائل المزعجة أو الخداع أو المحتوى غير المشروع أو التواصل غير المصرح.

5. No medical advice5. لا يقدم استشارة طبية

DentLink provides software tools. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the judgment of qualified dental professionals. Clinics and professionals remain responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.يوفر DentLink أدوات برمجية. لا يشخّص أو يصف علاجًا أو يستبدل حكم متخصصي طب الأسنان المؤهلين. تبقى العيادات والمتخصصون مسؤولين عن جميع القرارات السريرية ورعاية المرضى.

6. Availability and changes6. التوفر والتغييرات

DentLink works to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, updated, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Material service or terms changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.يعمل DentLink على تقديم خدمة موثوقة، لكن لا يضمن توفرها دون انقطاع. قد تتم صيانة الميزات أو تحديثها أو تقييدها أو إيقافها عند الضرورة المعقولة. سيتم إبلاغ التغييرات الجوهرية في الخدمة أو الشروط عبر القنوات المناسبة.

7. Intellectual property7. الملكية الفكرية

DentLink, its software, branding, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the platform or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or misuse except where law expressly allows it.تخضع DentLink وبرمجياتها وهويتها ومواد المنصة الأصلية لقوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. لا ينقل الوصول إلى الخدمة ملكية المنصة ولا يسمح بالنسخ أو إعادة البيع أو الهندسة العكسية أو إساءة الاستخدام إلا حيث يسمح القانون صراحة.
